  this was our second choice (our first had a wait of 1 hr) but i am glad we came. everyone's dish was tasty and outdoor seating in a busy but calm city central park made it an ideal spot. pizzas average 12€. limited indoor seating. i'd come back. see my bill (incl. wife, 14yr, 9yr, myself)

  Have never written a review until now. Feel compelled to share our experience which resulted in speaking to the police and filing a report against the disgusting & disgraceful behaviour of the manager and one of the waiters. All staff were useless and had zero customer service skills. After sitting down 5 mins we were asked to move tables which we did to accommodate another group. We then waited further 5 minutes before Waiter came who wasn't interested from the start, they have no children's menu - we had to ask to find out. The waiter was impatient taking our order and assumed my older son wanted same as my younger son, (they are 6 and 12 years old) the waiter was grabbing the menus while we were still ordering and we had to say he's left my sons order off. He then took his order. Then drinks arrived and were offered no condiments for our food. We then were unhappy with our dishes. If you like pizza with your cheese then this will appeal but personally I like to see my toppings but couldn't as they were drowned in cheese and barely a tomato base. Not once did the waiter come back and ask if everything was ok or see if we needed anything. None of us could finish our food. While I took youngest son to toilet which had no toilet roll or paper towels in ladies or communal area my daughter attempted to speak to staff who were very unhelpful, one waitress who spoke good English asked if we were finished - when I said we can't finish as not happy with food she replied "ok" and walked off. My daughter got nowhere speaking to other staff instead the manager started shouting at her in Spanish. I then tried speaking to more staff and our waiter at this time was rude and aggressive towards my daughter telling he he didn't care and said well he makes mistakes and couldn't care, he got his face close up to her shouting and looked like he wanted to hit her, this is while I'm trying to speak with manager who's just shouting and had no interest in our issues. Bill was incorrect and we were over charged, no apologies just scribbled amendment and slung in front of me. All english speaking staff and refused to talk with manager who could only speak Spanish. Asked staff to help as my Spanish is rusty and they said it's not their problem. Manager threatened us with police and he called them. Waited long time for them to come and staff were rude going past my son at one point shouting "move" to him - he's 12 and stood very still out of the way. I understood the police when they arrived tell the manager he should be trying to resolve and not call them and manager straight away told police we are being a problem and refusing to pay bill! Police were very understanding listening to my points and told us they were on our side but we must file proper reports with town hall so they can officially log the rude, aggressive and threatening behaviour of the manager and waiter and overall disgusting service. Police encouraged us to take photo of restaurant and leave bad reviews and advised to file additional report against waiter (at the police station) who went up to my daughters face.
